What we collect

• Your email address
• Your journal entries and trade labels
• Screenshots you choose to upload
• The name you choose to show on your certificate

Why we collect it

To provide the service, to sync your entries between your phone and the web, and to send you the reminders you opted into. That's it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Kaizen 30:

• Supabase: our database and authentication provider, hosted in the US
• Resend: sends our email, such as password reset links
• RevenueCat: our subscription management provider
• Apple: processes your subscription payment
• Vercel: hosts our website
• Expo: delivers app updates

We don't run advertising, we don't sell your data, and we don't use analytics SDKs.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, including after a subscription ends: your journal stays readable and exportable. Deleting your account from Settings in the Kaizen 30 iOS app removes everything, including the screenshots you uploaded.

Your rights

You can read your journal on the web at any time, and in the app after a subscription ends. From Settings in the Kaizen 30 iOS app you can export your journal as a CSV file (screenshots are not included) or delete your account. You can also email us at support@kaizen30.app.

The waitlist

Before Kaizen 30 is on the App Store, you can join a waitlist on kaizen30.app. This section covers only the waitlist; the sections above cover your account.

• What we collect: the email address you enter, and when you joined
• Why: to email you when Kaizen 30 is on the App Store, plus a few launch updates. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't share or sell it.
• Who handles it: Supabase stores it, and Resend sends the emails.
• How long we keep it: we delete it 90 days after Kaizen 30 launches on the App Store, or when you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
• Your choices: to be removed, email support@kaizen30.app or use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email.

Children

Kaizen 30 is not intended for anyone under 18.
