These terms cover your use of Kaizen 30, on your phone and on the web. By using the app, you agree to them.
Kaizen 30 is a journaling and discipline tracking tool for traders. It helps you log your trades, follow your own rules, and build consistent habits.
Kaizen 30 is not financial advice, and it is not a trading signal service. Nothing in the app should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We make no claims about your trading outcomes, and we don't promise the app will make you a better or more profitable trader. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Kaizen 30 Pro costs $59.99 USD per month. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID and auto-renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, not in the app itself. We don't process payments or store your payment details ourselves.
One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. We can suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used abusively or to harm the service or other users.
You own your journal entries, trade notes, and any screenshots you upload. We don't sell your content, and we only use it to provide the service to you.
Kaizen 30 is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kaizen 30 and its creators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any losses connected to your trading activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
